Well the activity connection was obvious. We do want to move more, but the truth is when we first start out we don't have the energy and we are not on the go. That's when "Act as if", positive self talk, can help. Tell yourself often enough that you are "a bundle of energy" and you are. Where can you go? Anywhere you like--the gym, the park, biking.
