First, I didn't know there was a Whole Foods Market in Mason.

Second, I really hate the "What do you want to eat?" conversation as it usually ends in settling for something and almost never "good".

Third, Jesy's friends said she was a twitter head, but it's not that bad.

Whole Foods MarketJesy has a great review of some of the prepared foods available. I have in fact had some of them (yes, the burrito is a twofer). I will pretend I didn't read about the dessert bar. Remember to "think first" and keep in mind you are paying a premium to avoid the dreaded conversation. Figure your points value and watch your portion. You may be saving time as well as avoiding mindless grazing while trying to decide on something at home. Solutions are a choice, make yours. Soooooo....anyway, while I was writing this I thought of Weird Al Yankovic singing "Eat It" :>
I know it's inappropriate, but he does suggest eating bananas!

After losing seventy-six pounds in 1997 with the Weight Watchers program, I became a meeting leader. These are my personal tips, challenges and helps in hopes they will help others choosing to create their own "healthy lifestyle" that includes weight loss as a goal. What I mean by that is that anything contained in this blog is my own opinion and in no way reflects the opinions of Weight Watchers of North America, Inc. and that for the most current and accurate information on Weight Watchers you should attend a meeting or visit http://www.weightwatchers.com.
